Former graduates are also integrated into teaching thanks to a fairly extensive alumni network. Project studies ensure the link between the individual course contents. Students learn in a family-friendly and service-oriented environment. Professors and employees can always be reached in such a manageable setting.

Characteristics of assistance to differently abled personsCounselling for affected prospective students, students and graduates as well as their families around the topic of studying at university with a disability or chronic illness. Here you can obtain information about equalisation of disadvantages, financial assistance, appropriate accommodation and support. Personal counselling is provided by the Disabilities Representative.
Characteristics of diversity advancementThe university is committed to the "Open University" concept. This development requires a differentiated and a segmented (more segmented than previously) approach to the different target groups among the prospective students. We thus proclaim our initiative "Diversity at Jade University" and stand by it. We want to make deliberate use of the potential that diversity represents at our university in order to learn from and with each other.
