Special features regarding the library
The library is open seven days a week (until midnight on weekdays). In addition to conventional reading spaces, it offers a large number of PC and group workspaces as well as carrels for working alone; these include group work rooms, which can be booked online. In cooperation with the IT services of the university, both libraries also offer advice on all IT and networking matters. A student union-run café/bar offers fresh drinks and snacks in the main library. more information

Special features regarding university sports
The university offers its own sports programme. Students attending the institution can participate in the sports programme of the University of Bremen. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. The programme is open to: Jade University of Applied Sciences Oldenburg / Elsfleth, Uni Bremen and Uni Groningen.
