Daily opening hours of the main library until 1:00 a.m., open 122 hours per week (excluding public holidays) Loans, returns and payments at the cash dispensers are possible during all opening hours. more information

Special features regarding university sports
The university offers its own sports programme. Dortmund students may participate in the university sports programme of other selected universities. Participation is subject to fees. About 75 types of sports and fitness studio directly on campus. The majority of the sports program can be used at no additional cost after purchasing the sports card (from €15 / semester); several sporting events every year such as the campus run with over 1,600 runners or the football campus league. Since 2018, there has been a completely redeveloped outdoor area with artificial grass, beach volleyball and soccer boxes. The new outdoor fitness station “TUrnpunkt” is in the middle of the campus and is freely accessible. more information
