Special features regarding university sports
The university offers its own sports programme. Students may participate in excursions and workshops at all of the universities in BW. Participation is subject to fees. The course programme in General University Sports is aimed at students and employees of the University of Stuttgart. Also eligible for participation are Stuttgart Media University, Technology University of Applied Sciences, State Academy of Fine Arts, Macromedia University, University of Communication and Design, the Merz Academy and, for selected offers, DHBW Stuttgart and the University of Hohenheim. This creates a unique sports network for all of Stuttgart among the participants.
