The university offers its own sports programme. Students attending the institution can participate in the Kiel University of Applied Sciences sports programme. Participation is subject to fees. The programme is open to: Kiel University of Applied Sciences, Muthesius University of Fine Arts and Design, Kiel. The offer includes the largest university sailing centre in Germany in Kiel-Schilksee, as well as its own canoeing and rowing centre.
