The university offers its own sports programme. Thanks to the Bavarian cooperation model, students at the KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt can also participate in the university sports programs of the other Bavarian universities. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. The university sports program is open to students from all universities. Specialisation include- taking into account the high proportion of women in the KU: health and fitness, gymnastics and dance, agility and relaxation. In addition, the full range of standard university sports – from sport games to martial arts – is also offered. A spacious fitness studio is available to students for around 60 hours/week. The so-called premium range of courses (small group training and personal training) also includes a sports science diagnostic laboratory (e.g. spiroergometry). more information |
