Special features regarding university sports
The university does not have its own sports programme. All students and employees of Munich's state universities can take part in the Munich university sports. In addition, various non-state universities, institutions and groups have been granted eligibility. Participation is subject to fees. We have a varied course program for each target group with around 600 individual events per semester. In addition to the sport activities, ZHS enables performance-oriented students to participate in national and international university championships. Many top athletes began their careers through student competitions. Sports: The University Sports Centre Munich (ZHS) offer includes sports from the fields of ball and game sports, mountain and climbing sports, fitness and health sports, martial arts, dance, trendy leisure and recreational sports, gymnastics and athletics, water sports and winter sports. more information
