In line with the high proportion of degree courses given in English, the library has an international focus. The service is excellent: online catalogue, online interlibrary loans, remote access to electronic media, group rooms, carrels and reading spaces with WiFi and PC facilities, open 66 hours per week, returns around the clock at self-service terminals, various training courses. more information

Special features regarding university sports
Like the rest of the university, its sports programme is young, full of life and continuously growing. Building on the established programme, students are optimally placed to bring their own ideas to bear in order to introduce additional sports courses. Every semester, additional suggestions from students are implemented; for example, new sports excursions and activities are continually being offered such as the Nikolaus-Turnier championship in Münster, climbing, water skiing/wake boarding, windsurfing or indoor snowboarding. Plans are coordinated in an uncomplicated fashion within our active Facebook group "Hochschulsport Rhein Waal". Go ahead and take a look! more information
