Special features regarding university sports
The university does not have its own sports programme. The university sports offer takes place together with the PH Weingarten and is organized by the PH. General university sports take place on the PH sports grounds with indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, gymnastics hall, tennis courts and stadium behind the RWU main building, in the so-called Töbele. The offers range from A for aerobics to football, karate, swimming and V for volleyball. The instructors are students themselves; about 40% of the students at the two universities take advantage of the free offer. Participation is free of charge. There is a common sports offer together with the PH (Teacher training college) Weingarten. more information
