The university offers its own sports programme. Participation is free of charge. The sports program at Reutlingen University ranges from A for Afro Beats to Z for Zumba - there is something for everyone! All students and employees of the university can participate - most offers are free! Mostly no registration is required; just come over and join in! The courses take place both in the university sports hall and in different halls in Reutlingen. Outside there is a multifunctional court for tennis, football and basketball. The university is a member of the General German University Sports Association (ADH). Ball sports: Football, basketball, handball, volleyball; racket sports: Badminton, squash; martial arts: Aikido, kickboxing, Ju Jitsu, self defence; meditative: yoga, yoga flow; group fitness: Pilates, bums-tums and legs, Functional Cross Fitness, Powermix, Zumba, body workout, fitness boxing, spinning; dance sport: Standard / Latin, Afro Beat, Tango Argentino, belly dance; others: climbing, swimming, sports partner exchange.
