Special features regarding the library
The Library and Information Center (LIC) is located in the Learning Center of ESMT's Berlin campus and serves the entire ESMT community. It houses a specialized library and workstations for individual study and research. The ESMT intranet provides on- and off-campus access to academic journals, industry and market reports, company financials and reports, country reports, statistics, news and trade journals, and eBooks. The librarian and staff provide personalized research consulting for students and class tutorials on referencing and research skills. The LIC cooperates with other libraries in Berlin. more information
Foreign language center and courses
There is a foreign language centre. Languages offered: French, Spanish, Chinese, Turkish.
Special features regarding university sports
The university does not have its own sports programme. As members of ESMT Berlin, students have the chance to use the entire range of sports offers of Berlin universities at a reduced student fee. The course offers change each semester and most courses run from October to March (winter semester) and from April to September (summer semester). Our MBA and Master students, as well as alumni from both programs, can attend the annual MBAT (MBA Tournament). The three-day sports tournament takes place on the campus of HEC Paris, with 1500 participants from 15 business schools from around the world and 25 sports disciplines. Sports: Sport offers range from classic sports courses like badminton, Pilates, football or hockey to oriental contemporary dance, shiatsu or ultimate Frisbee. They may also register for one-off workshops or the gym.
