With its extensive portfolio of services and innovative digital developments, the UBR meets all the requirements of a modern information organisation. Its twelve subject-based reading rooms have long opening hours and more than 3,500 workspaces organised into different zones, making this one of the largest study spaces in Germany. With some 3.7 million media items and many electronic full texts the UBR guarantees the supply of literature and information and provides expert information to students and teaching staff. more information

Special features regarding university sports
The university offers its own sports programme. Participation is subject to fees. Students attending the institution can participate in the sports programme of all Bavarian universities. The programme is open to: OTH Regensburg and all Bavarian higher education institutions.
