| The university library of the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (HNEE) is a central facility; It provides the university community with scientific literature and information in conventional and electronic form for use in degree courses, instruction, research and continuing education. Almost half of the approximately 180,000 volumes of the stock in print are in the open-access area; E-Journals and E-Books complete the range of print media. Book scanners and copiers as well as carrels for individual and group work are available for use. Training courses on information and media literacy are offered. more information |

| The university offers its own sports programme. The sports programs of the universities in Berlin and Brandenburg are available to all HNEE students if they get a place there. It also depends on the host university. Participation is subject to fees.
