Special features regarding university sports
The university offers its own sports programme. Participation is subject to fees. Students attending the institution can participate in all sports programmes in Bavaria. The programme is open to: Students of HAW Würzburg-Schweinfurt and the Hochschule für Musik Würzburg. The rules on access differ across Germany. The Würzburg university sports programme offers an inexpensive and varied range of year-round courses in various types of sport to balance out everyday student life. Nearly all courses are freely accessible without preregistration or individual fees once an authorisation ID has been acquired for the university sports programme, allowing every participant to take part in a large selection of events on a daily basis with individual flexibility. more information
