Special features regarding the library
The library serves as a central facility for supplying information to students and teaching staff. Opening Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-21:00, Sat 10:00-15:00, during examination periods Mon-Sat until 22:00. Enquiries: 069/1533-3300. Services: around 210,000 volumes of specialist literature for academic study and teaching; More than 50,000 e-journals, e-books and databases; Individual workspaces, group rooms and learning lounge; PC pool. Special features regarding university sports
The university offers its own sports programme. The program is open to all university members and guests (for example students from other universities or district residents). Thanks to a cooperation agreement, the students of Frankfurt-UAS can participate in the university sports of Goethe University on the same terms as the students of Goethe University. The same applies to Goethe students. At all other universities, Frankfurt-UAS students can only participate as a guest. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. The range of sports at Frankfurt-UAS is varied and offers almost 60 courses per week in the multi-purpose hall on campus. Together with the various (climbing, air, water and winter sports) outdoor offers, Campus Sport offers up to 100 courses per semester. The student-friendly course fee and the introduction of an online booking system (€ 10 per course and semester for students; Multicard € 25 for all indoor courses for students) make registration easy. In addition to the multi-purpose hall, the Campus Sport has an approximately 20 meter high sport climbing wall.
