| The university offers its own sports programme. Students attending the institution can participate in the sports programme of all higher education institutions in Hesse. There is a special cooperation with Giessen University and the University of Marburg, where sports programmes are available for use by THM students (and staff) at the same price. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. University fitness studio on the Giessen campus; Very extensive and diverse sports programme comprising popular, health and competitive sports.
