Special features regarding the library
The Ostfalia library comprises a total of four sub-libraries. Almost the entire stock can be borrowed, is freely accessible and also available in the other sub-libraries through the book exchange. Users can search the library catalogues, order books, extend loan periods and arrange interlibrary loans via the Internet. Numerous specialist databases and e-books, which are also accessible from home via VPN, are also available. The European Documentation Centre Wolfenbüttel is also located here. more information

Special features regarding university sports
The university offers its own sports programme. Students attending the institution can participate in the sports programme of the TU Braunschweig as well as of the member institutions of the university sports federation of Lower Saxony/Bremen. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. The programme is open to students of the TU Braunschweig and all member institutions of the university sports federation of Lower Saxony/Bremen.
