Central services
University library, 80% English literature covering the main topics of the degree courses, plus a large business administration/economics collection. Print stock: extensive collection of print media, with public access on the Bad Honnef campus; print stock and e-books are searchable using the online catalogue. Electronic resources: large and growing range (databases, e-book platforms, etc.). Users learn about the library’s resources and services through the EBSCO discovery service. Access to the electronic resources is exclusive to IUBH members. |

The university offers its own sports programme. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. The students take part in regional and international competitions (e.g. Eurokonstantia, DHM, Euromasters, Royals Cup, Niklaus Tournament etc). IUBH now implementing own tournaments, e.g. Rugby am Rhein (2014, 15, 16 see fb). Tennis team trained by professional club trainer. If students wish to start a new sports club, the IUBH provides admin & financial support. WS16 teams: rugby, soccer, basketball, volleyball, handball, hockey, cricket, tennis, badminton, table tennis, muay thai, kickboxing, boxing, golf, cheerleading. Sports and Societies Day each semester to promote & develop. |
