Services: The university library in the award-winning IKMZ building (Herzog & de Meuron), and at two other locations in Sachsendorf and Senftenberg, provides BTU and the region with 1.2 m media, including 132,000 E-Books, and 48,000 mostly electronic journals. As a knowledge workshop, it offers a modular programme of courses, workshops and cookie lectures based on the blended-learning model. In addition, individual expert guidance on topics of academic work can be booked. The university library has 882 workstations, technically equipped group workspaces and carrels. more information |

The university offers its own sports programme. Students attending the institution can participate in the sports programmes of institutions in the States of Brandenburg, Berlin and Saxony. Participation is subject to fees. The programme is open to: Students of the universities in Saxony, Berlin and Brandenburg.
