The university library offers: the award-winning library in the Information, Communication and Media Centre “IKMZ” (by Herzog & de Meuron) and two location libraries; 1.2 million media for all courses; 32,800 e-journals, 370 databases, standards and> 130,000 e-books available on the campus network; Book delivery service between locations; attractive reading rooms with rest areas and group work areas with presentation monitor; all workstations have internet access; long opening hours - evenings and weekends at the IKMZ; a modularized course offer; Student card as library card and card for printing and copying. more information |

The university offers its own sports programme. Participation is subject to fees. Students attending the institution can participate in the sports programmes of institutions in the States of Brandenburg, Berlin and Saxony. The programme is open to: Students of the universities in Saxony, Berlin and Brandenburg.
