The university offers its own sports programme. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. With around 120 different offers in more than 60 different sports disciplines, the University of Hohenheim offers all university members the opportunity to engage in sports activities within the university. During the pandemic, only a few classroom courses are offered – with a limited number of participants – but online courses are offered as well. Current information is available by telephone, online and through social media. Sports: Badminton, basketball, beach volleyball, hang gliding, football, fitness, apparatus gymnastics, gymnastics, handball, hip-hop & dance, fencing, hurling, pilates, power workouts, horseback riding, sailing, tai chi chuan, tennis, volleyball, yoga, circuit training, zumba, etc.; During times of pandemic, sports offers are limited or available online more information |
