| The university offers its own sports programme. It is not possible to participate in other universities’ sports programmes at discounted prices. Participation is free of charge. The university sports programme is a key component of the university's profile development and is continually expanded. Diverse team and individual sports, as well as fitness and online classes, are offered for students and employees. In addition, there are cooperation arrangements with local gyms to give university members an opportunity to stay fit at a discounted price. HSHL also organises annual sporting competitions.
