The DHBW Mannheim library offers a comprehensive range of electronic media in addition to 70,000 books and 140 printed journals: There are currently available some 95,000 e-books, 25,500 e-journals and numerous full texts from the fields of economics and computer science as well as the disciplines of engineering. The library has 125 workplaces and is open 77 hours a week. The library team offers a multi-tiered range of events and training. more information |

The university does not have its own sports programme. The university sports in Mannheim is developed, designed and organized by the Institute for Sport - a central facility of the University of Mannheim. The DHBW Mannheim is a member, meaning that the entire offer is also available to all students and staff of the DHBW Mannheim. The sports activities are held mainly in cooperation with the IfS (sports institute of the Universität Mannheim). The sports courses on offer include fitness training, strength training, running group, basketball, football, handball, volleyball, badminton, dance, yoga, aikido, fencing, rowing, swimming, diving, riding, chess and bicycle tours. more information |
