Locations: The library of the Baden-Württemberg Mannheim Cooperative State University (DHBW) is the central institution responsible for the supply of literature and information in research and instruction.; Stock: The DHBW Mannheim library offers a comprehensive range of electronic media in addition to 75,000 books and 150 printed journals: 227,000 E-Books and 40,000 E-Journals.; Services: The library at DHBW Mannheim has 125 workstations and (due to the pandemic) is currently open 40 hours a week. The library team offers a multi-tiered range of events and training: Library introductions, database training, training in the Citavi literature management program and individual lectures on various topics of academic work. more information |

The university does not have its own sports programme. The university sports in Mannheim is developed, designed and organized by the Institute for Sport - a central facility of the University of Mannheim. The DHBW Mannheim is a member, meaning that the entire offer is also available to all students and staff of the DHBW Mannheim. The sports activities are held mainly in cooperation with the IfS (sports institute of the Universität Mannheim). Sports: The sports courses on offer include fitness training, strength training, running group, basketball, football, handball, volleyball, badminton, dance, yoga, aikido, fencing, rowing, swimming, diving, riding, chess and bicycle tours. more information |
