The university offers its own sports programme. Participation is free of charge. Broad and varied sports offer (new trend sports are regularly established); Own weight room + fitness room, own climbing wall; Small groups & personal support; Competitions & promotion as well as support of competitive athletes in the Olympic team; A variety of events are regularly held during the semester; these are mainly for the purpose of fun and linkage with other students – with the emphasis naturally on the common pursuit of sports; Close coordination with health management and other university interfaces; Sports: Weekly range of games, sports and exercise. Beginners and advanced or competitive athletes can participate as well. In addition to a varied range of ball sports (e.g. Basketball, badminton, etc.), a variety of fitness and recreational sports courses (TaeBo, pilates, yoga, etc.) are offered. more information |
