Special features regarding university sports
The university offers its own sports programme. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. The THD attaches great importance to a varied university sports programme. University sports are open to all students and employees of the university and are primarily designed for mass sports. Performance-oriented participants also have the opportunity to participate in a university team or as a single athlete at university championships. Here the university can look back on many successes, such as German university cup champion in football.
