Special features regarding the library
The library of the Benediktbeuern campus offers students access to 40,000 printed books, 15,000 e-books, audiovisual media and 180 journal subscriptions, specialising in the subject area of Social Work and Religious Education and related disciplines. Books that are not available can be obtained from other libraries via the interlibrary loan system. The library team offers guided tours for initial orientation and training on literature research in electronic databases. There are 18 workstations connected to the university network or WiFi are available. more information

Special features regarding university sports
The university offers its own sports programme. Participation is free of charge. Students attending the institution can participate in the sports programme of the ZHS University Sports Centre Munich.We have a sports hall available at any time on request - including weekends. The range of activities is determined each semester according to our students' requirements, e.g: volleyball, table tennis, hip hop, basketball, Capoeira, football, dance, badminton, handball, Tai Chi, yoga, games; Courses are also offered at the weekends. Outdoor sports such as jogging or Nordic walking are also offered. Particularly within the scope of our additional qualification in experiential pedagogics, we offer one-week nature-based programmes with a focus on climbing, mountain biking, Alpine and river rafting. more information
