Services: Extensive textbook collection: More than 130,000 media units for borrowing, over 240,000 e-books (approx. 130,000 in German), over 57,000 licensed online journals, approx. 174 specialist databases, over 20,000 instructional videos - tailored to the courses offered by the Jade University. Citavi literature management programme free with training, individual guidance, including during Bachelor's and Master's consultation hours. Teaching and learning platform Moodle campus-wide. The university offers its own sports programme. Students attending the institution can participate in the University of Oldenburg sports programme. There are currently digital sports offers at the University of Oldenburg. As soon as in-person sports programmes are permitted once again, the offers of the university are also open to students in Elsfleth. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. A digital health portal. This forms the basis for digital sports offers such as fitness, yoga and nutrition videos. Regular offers such as a weekly fitness boot camp or weekly yoga in the morning can also be found in the health portal. In summary, the digital offer is intended to support students at home. Crew is the most popular sport for the students in Elsfleth. Opportunities are available in the general types of sport. Furthermore, the students have the possibility of practising these and other types of sports in the local sports clubs. Sports: At present, dinghy sailing, crew, horseback riding, football, volleyball, dance and Tae Bo are offered. In Elsfleth there are also sports clubs that accept student members for a reduced fee.
