| The university offers its own sports programme. Participation in the university sports programme in Cologne, to which the Gummersbach and Leverkusen campuses also belong, is possible. As a result, a very broad and diverse range of sports activities is available. Participation is free of charge. The sports programme is usually arranged by students for students. In addition, an interuniversity camp is organised in Spain (organised from Cologne), which is also open to students of other universities.
