Opening hours during the semester: Mon-Fri: 8:00. a.m. -6.00. p.m. Sat: 9:00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. Opening hours during non-lecture periods: Mon-Thu: 09:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Fri: 9:00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. The stock is available in an open access area. At the moment it covers about 120.000 media (incl. eBooks). Any literature not available in the library can be ordered via the interlibrary loan system. In addition, the library provides numerous licenses for databases and e-journals. Continuous training on literature research and literature management with Citavi is offered. more information
Foreign language courses
There is a foreign language centre. Languages offered: English, German as a Foreign Language, Spanish. Courses in French, Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Turkish and sign language are available to students of the Rhein Ahr campus if required at the Rhein Mosel campus Koblenz at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences. more information
Special features regarding university sports
The university does not have its own sports programme. Students and university staff are given full access to all courses and activities of the general university sports of the Koblenz universities. This is stated in a cooperation agreement between the University of Koblenz-Landau and the University of Koblenz. Students, staff and guests of the universities in Koblenz are offered a varied, attractive sport/movement and health programme for nominal fees and for which competent, licensed instructors are employed. more information
