  • Measures to promote employability
    The MBA program at ESMT has a fully integrated leadership skills development program which is compulsory for all students and is awarded with ECTS credits. In addition, there is a structured Transitions in Practice program which leads students through all stages of preparation, application and interview. This is run by the school's career service. Furthermore, each student is assigned a personal career coach with whom meetings are conducted 5 times during the program.
